As municipal information is changing all the time, it is hard to keep the municipality database up to date with fee changes, municipality name changes, new search letters/forms. It would be a great help to us if you could advise us when you know of a change by phone, email or fax. Send any documents or forms, if you have an electronic version, by email to support@cakesoft.com or if not, by fax (416 367-4066). We will get the changes incorporated into the next update of RealtiPLUS.

If there is a municipality that we have little or no information about in our database, we have provided charts in the links below in which to fill in municipality information. If you fill in the chart and fax or email it back to us, we will fill the information into our latest municipality database and send you the municipality database complete with updated information. There are versions of the chart available in Word and WordPerfect. (Note that you must have minimum version RealtiPLUS 2.5 to get a database sent back to you.) If you have already entered new or updated municipal information, screen prints of your changes would be very much appreciated.
